YouTube user cvdzijden recently caught the all-new NSX testing at the Nurburgring and posted a video. Powered by a twin-turbo V6 engine paired to electric motors, the NSX is expected to make at least 550 horsepower and should have exceptional handling thanks to the Japanese automaker’s Super Handling AWD technology.
Development on the NSX has been troublesome for Honda, which has been delayed numerous times. One NSX prototype actually caught fire during testing at the Nurburgring.
Over the last few months, the NSX has toured the U.S. as part of its testing stage, stopping at local dealerships and letting potential customers see the sports car up close and personal. It was originally scheduled to go on sale later this year but is now expected to arrive dealerships sometime next year. For now, take a look and listen at the Acura NSX testing on the Nurburgring below and let us know how you think it sounds.
