Honda Racing Corporation’s lubricant partner in the MotoGP, Repsol, will soon be available in India. The Spanish lubricant brand has decided to introduce lubricants for two wheelers in India initially and is expected to gradually increase its portfolio to products for four wheelers and the heavy duty segment in the next few years.

Partnering with GP Petroleums Ltd, a brand with strong presence in the Indian lubricant market, has given us a firsthand advantage in this sector. With our strengths together, we extend our capabilities to globally distribute a wider variety of products,” said Carlos Pascual, International Manager Lubricants – Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific, Repsol.
“The Indian lubricant market is intensely competitive but is one of the few sectors which is on a growth path, both on the quality and quantity front, thus, compelling the market to look for new specialized products.
