If you need a rolling accessory stand for the Civic then look no further than the new Black Pack Edition introduced by the Japanese automaker’s Australian division.
The Civic is all new for the 2016 model year and with the tenth generation reaching Australian dealerships next month Honda has decided owners could spend even more for the Black Pack Edition. In all earnest, having more customization options from the get go is always great, so the special edition comes with a plethora of black accents for all five trims across the range. The darkened elements are the 17-inch wheels, front under spoiler, front grille, side skirts, side mirror caps, and the trunk lid spoiler.
The prices will vary according to the trim level the future owner selects, with the VTi, VTi-S, VTi-L and VTi-LX needing another $2,998 if you also go for the Black Pack Edition. Additionally, on the VTi and VTi-S trims the alloy wheels have been switched from the standard 16 inch set to a larger 17 unit when selecting the special series. On the other hand, Honda Australia is trying to gets its investment back by asking the client to pay for the bigger tires. Meanwhile, the new Civic RS will have the optional Black Pack costing less – $2,298. This is actually because the level already had a standard black front grille and rear trunk spoiler. Honda Australia has already nailed about 200 pre-orders for the new Civic and expects the number to grow even further by June when the model actually reaches showrooms.
