Honda HR-V announced for the UK image
Despite being similar in size to sub-compact crossovers such as the Nissan Juke or the Renault Captur, Honda says that the new HR-V will rival the compact models like the Nissan Qashqai or the Renault Kadjar. According to Autocar, the model in question will be offered for sale across the United Kingdom starting this September and it will carry a price of 17,995 GBP, for the entry-level version.
It will be offered in four trim levels, the S, the SE, the SE Navi and the EX with a choice of two engines, the 1.5 liter i-VTEC rated at 128 HP and the 1.6 liter i-DTEC diesel, producing 118 HP. Standard features found on the entry-level model will include the climate control, front and rear parking sensors, DAB Radio with Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control and so on. Go for the SE and you will get the 17-inch wheels, the automatic headlights, dual-zone climate control, automatic wipers and the 7.0in touch screen Connect infotainment system. The SE Navi will add the satellite navigation system and the range-topping EX will come with the rearview camera, the heated seats, the leather trim, panoramic sunroof, keyless entry and keyless go and LED lighting. The 1.5l i-VTEC petrol in the S trim will start from 17,995 GBP and the top of the line diesel will cost 24,945 GBP.
