The Honda Grace lineup is growing as the automaker has introduced the new Grace LX in Japan.
Essentially a Grace without the hybrid technology, the model features a 1.5-liter direct injection DOHC i-VTEC engine that produces 132 PS (97 kW). It is paired to a continuously variable transmission which enables the model to return up to 21.8 km/liter (4.5 L/100km / 51.2 mpg US / 61.5 mpg UK). Front-wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive is optional.
Honda didn’t have much else to say about the car but confirmed it comes nicely equipped with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, an automatic climate control system and their Smart Key keyless entry-level. The model also has automatic retractable mirrors that retract and protract in conjunction with locking and unlocking of the doors.
The Honda Grace LX is currently on sale and pricing starts at ¥1,750,000 (including an eight percent consumption tax).
