Honda brings 2016 Civic Sedan to SEMA with subtle body kit

Honda is showcasing these days at SEMA their new Civic Sedan equipped with minor cosmetic body add-ons.

It’s not that easy to spot the differences compared to a stock tenth generation Civic, but if you look closely on the front bumper you will notice it has a pair of extensions on both of its extremities which make the car look wider when viewed from the front. In addition, the side mirror caps come with a new black trim on their lower half while the beefier side skirts enhance the compact sedan’s bigger footprint.

It has also gained a set of front + rear mud flaps, two-tone 17-inch alloy wheels along with a small rear spoiler that incorporates the third brake light and replaces the subtle trunk lid spoiler of the standard 2016 Civic.

The full array of Honda Genuine Accessories will be available later this month once the US-spec 2016MY Civic will arrive at North American dealerships. Aside from these goodies, the grown up Civic will also be compatible with bumper protectors, underbody spoilers, wheel locks, door edge guard, a chrome lower door garnish and a remote engine starter.

On the inside, customers will be able to order illuminated door sills, a wireless charger, all-season floor mats, rear seat cover, ashtray, cargo hook and many other items.
