2016 Honda Accord Coupe facelift shown image
The facelifted version of the 2016 Honda Accord Coupe has been shown recently, a few weeks after the company has applied the same treatment to the sedan.
The 2016 Honda Accord Coupe is bringing a sharper front fascia with new LED headlights, LED fog lights and some other tweaks, while the taillights have been slightly upgraded too. The company is also adding new alloy wheel designs for the vehicle, along with two unique body paints, which have been called the Deep Blue Opal Metallic and the Still Night Pearl. The other seven hues are said to be shared with its four-door brother.
The cabin of the car is bringing the glossy piano black trim on the LX-S, while the other versions have the new meter sign. The company has also added the fresh metal style dashboard trim on the Accord Coupe EX and above, along with the 7-inch Display Audio interface, rearview camera, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support and others. The chassis has been retuned, along with the electric power steering and the Touring variants now have larger front brakes, Amplitude Reactive Dampers, hydraulic subframe bushings and 19-inch wheels. The engine lineup available for the vehicle includes a 2.4 liter inline four-cylinder unit, rated at 185 HP and 181 lb-ft of torque, connected to a 6-speed manual or a CVT. There is also a beefier V6 available, with 278 HP and 252 lb-ft of torque, connected to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic. No pricing details are known at this point.
